Bed 03:47
Bed I prayed for a muse and got a rotten ghost. He tied my hands to my shoes and made me sing the blues. I don't know if I've already set myself free. I feel so comfortable when I lie. Delusion must be a bed, and truth, a hard floor. I don't know if I've ever stood on my feet before. I've been sleepin' too long and now the sun is going down. I've been sleepin' too long and now the sun is going down. I figured you were an obstacle to my precious work. I told you to leave and that must have been when I went to sleep. And now my beard is ten feet long and I've forgotten all my songs. I've been sleepin' all alone and now I wish you'd come back home. I've been sleepin' all alone and now I wish you'd come back home. Come back home.

Backward 04:05
Backward Mountain majesty races away from me. All the hills here are landfills. I tried to keep the blinds pulled down, but now this hot view burns through. Boxcar Maybach diamond studded seats recline. I'm poppin' purple pills by that hand fills. I shot and killed my way to first class, but now these bodies smell so oddly. Facing backward on this train won't stop it from arriving. Facing backward on this train won't stop it from arriving. Now I can recall the cause of the fall. No one can resist an invisible fist. With a white tooth grin shinin', he said, "don't you need more speed?" We're the ones who wrote the rules and won. But the price of the ticket is the heat of the sun. Facing backward on this train won't stop it from arriving. Facing backward on this train won't stop it from arriving.

I Sing 04:16
I had a dream that my mother went into the sea, and I wept in floods. Yet still I knew that she had not left. I saw her in Earth and sky, and I heard her in the song of birds and leaves and branches. I felt her in the mother of us all, and I fell down and took dirt in hand. Some big boys pump her for more dark liquid gold. Some sick boys sell seven-year slaves to hungry lost souls. They disgrace the mother of us all, so I fall down and listen for her call. I will survive my kin. I will heal with or without them. You are a warrior when you sit up and give thanks for a simple breath. You are a woman and a man when you retrieve your head from the sand. So I lift up my trumpet and I sing, and I reason with the devil and kings. I lift up my trumpet and I sing, and I reason with the devil and kings. ... This song is dedicated to my mother and to the Earth, which sustains (and is inseparable from) all living things.

Gabriel 05:05
To find love in a nervous hour Bloodshot eyes pursue avenues of old money, new profit. Even in florescent light, a subtle flame illuminates the blood of ancient veins. And I listen. And I fall away. And I hear that Trumpet golden hum, Gabriel voice of the sun sings, "Be no longer afraid of the darkest day." To find love in a lonely hour, When God, she seems to vanish from all books and all places, I wonder if that three letter word is just a symbol for all colors, all faces, All miracles and also for nothing at all. And I listen. And I fall away. And I hear that Trumpet golden hum, Gabriel voice of the sun sings, "Be no longer afraid of the darkest day." Those who twist the loving tongue of any written lord And fall asleep on the wheel of the round I pray that they may cool their conquest down And listen to the call that's all around Trumpet golden hum, Gabriel, voice of the sun, sings, "Be no longer afraid of the darkest day.
